    I’m doing some research on Balentine and noticed we have a few other ancestral names in common. Where are your Balentines from originally? My maternal side is all from Ipswich and Beckett. MC ps — enjoying your blog!

      Thanks! Im glad you are enjoying the blog. My William Balentine was born to Elijah Balentine from York, Maine. Originally the line started in Virginia with George Balentine.
